Day 1: Borobudur – Merapi Lava Tour

Prepare yourself to witness the magnificence of Borobudur Temple, one of the wonders of the world ever built by humankind. Built by Syailendra Dynasty, an ancient ruling family in 7AD, Borobudur is also the largest Buddhist Temple on earth.
The large size of the temple combined with the fact that it sits majestically on top of a hill makes Borobodur even looks more gorgeous even from afar. Exploring Borobudur Temple, you will see wonderful architecture, ornaments, and carvings that represent Mahayana Buddhism.
- Drive to Mount Merapi
From Borobudur Temple, our tour will continue to Mount Merapi Site.
- Change to 4WD Jeep

- Lava Tour activity
Going around the slope of Mount Merapi, you will witness the great effect and massive destruction caused by the mountain’s volcanic eruption in 2010. There is a house turned into a museum dedicated to keeping the remaining stuff damaged during the sad disaster that killed hundreds of people.
- Lunch local restaurant

- Visit Prambanan Temple
After an enjoyable lunch, the tour will continue to Prambanan Temple. It is a majestic temple with amazing architecture and dedicated to the worshippers of Trimurti, a name used to call the three main gods in Hinduism belief.
Built by the Sanjaya Dynasty in the 10th century, Prambanan is dubbed the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia. It is also the second largest in Southeast Asia just after Angkor Wat in Cambodia. This temple complex is home to more than 500 individual shrines with amazing ornaments, reliefs, and carvings.

Day 2: Jomblang – Pindul Cave

- Visit Pindul Cave
Time to start a trip to Pindul Cave.
